Course Description:
This massage is a relaxation treatment that utilizes oils and applies pressure to the primary reflex points on the feet. According to tradition, it is believed to stimulate the body at a 25% capacity. This treatment stimulates the entire body through the neural connections between the reflexology points on the feet and the body’s organs and systems. Gentle kneading and massaging of the feet not only induce relaxation but also activate and restore harmony and balance to the body

This massage is designed for everyone, both for personal use at home and for professionals in the fields of beauty, massage therapy, and biological renewal. It serves as an effective method for relaxation, biological renewal, revitalization, and maintaining joint mobility and muscle flexibility. It will also be beneficial for individuals outside of the medical or cosmetology fields, such as yoga enthusiasts, as the massage can serve as a means of strengthening family and partnership bonds.
Course Topics:
- Basic information about reflexology.
- Localization of reflex points on the feet.
- Preparation of massage oils and creams
- Performing foot massage using hands and a massage stick.
- Practical advices on how to prepare a treatment room or space for performing massage.
The course places special emphasis on massage practice, which constitutes 100% of the course time. Participants will receive a certificate of completion in English.
Course Duration:
1 day – 8 hours plus breaks (1 hour).
The course will conclude with a practical examination.
Requirements:
- Desire to learn new massage techniques.
- Open-mindedness to new experiences and sensations.
- Small towel for wiping and wrapping the feet after the massage.
- Loose, non-restrictive clothing, and pants that can be rolled up above the knees.

REMARKS:
- The course is based on knowledge passed down by the oldest and main Thai Massage school and Traditional Thai Medicine in Thailand, the Wat Pho school in Bangkok.
- As part of the course, participants will receive: a workbook, a certificate, and a massage stick.
- To receive the certificate of course completion, successful completion of the practical exam is required.
